2、能进一步看出应力集中部位的切向分量与法向分量对定量的具体影响。本文的实验研究主要是对45#钢试件在不同实验力下进行静载拉伸获取法向和切向分量的数据,再用origin软件对数据进行处理,同时对实验数据微分绘制李萨如图,这样便可以同时反映二个不同方向分量的特征,利用其封闭区域的大小来判断应力集中的程度,以达到定量分析的目的,这样可以有效减少误差,根据最后的结果再与ANSYS软件对实验试样的应力分布进行有限元仿真的结果进行对比。关键词:磁记忆技术 应力集中 李萨如图 定量分析 有限元仿真Experimental Research on Metal Magnetic Memory Test Piece
