8、knowledgements27齐林小区电气设计计算书摘要：随着我国经济水平的增长和科学技术的发展,人民生活水平不断得到提高，人们更懂得享受生活，对于自己的生活质量要求越来越高，使得建筑开始走向高品质、多功能领域，并进一步向多功能的纵深方向和综合应用方向发展。现代住宅建筑正在朝着多样化、高层化、集群化等方面发展，对电气设计的要求也越来越高。通过本次设计，希望能够提高自身的专业素养，通过实践将课本上的知识与实际相结合，遇到不懂的问题努力钻研，不断扩宽自己的知识面，培养自己的分析能力和解决实际问题的能力，为将来走向社会打下良好的基础。关键词：电气设计 照明 配电 防雷IIIA residentia

12、ility, moves towards the society and lay a good foundation for the future.Keywords: electrical design; lighting distribution; electric lightning;lightning protection27引言 本次设计是以大学中所学到的专业知识为依据，结合实际，并根据国家近期颁布的相关设计规范，进行的独立自主的设计， 本次设计主要对某小区五层住宅楼进行的各系统的电气。主要包括强电设计和弱电设计，强电设计包括：照明系统设计、插座系统设计、低压配电系统设计、防雷与接地设

13、计。弱电设计包括：有线电视设计、电话设计及计算机网络设计。1 设计说明1.1 建筑概况 本次毕业设计的命题为小区建筑电气设计，本小区一共有5层，其中一层为商铺，二层为办公楼，三五层为住宅楼，顶层为阁楼，单体建筑16栋，分为三组:1组(1#2#3#4#)、2组(5#6#7#8#)、3组(9#10#11#12)。小区用电有一级负荷和三级负荷，供电电源来自于小区变电站，电源电压为380V/220V。本小区可由附近一条10的公用电源线区的工作电源。该干线的导线型号为LGJ-185,导线为等边三角形，线距为1.2。1.2 设计内容 本次设计主要阐述了本小区住宅楼的各系统电气设计的设计依据、设计原则和设计

14、方法及设计选择的结论。主要包括强电部分的设计和弱电部分的设计。 (1)强电部分主要的内容包括：照明系统设计、插座系统设计、高低压供配电系统设计、防雷与接地系统设计。 (2)弱电部分主要的内容包括：电话系统设计、有线电视系统设计、计算机网络系统设计。2 照明系统设计2.1 照明选择一般照明是为照亮整个场所而设置的均匀照明。本楼属于住宅楼，设单一的照度较均匀的一般照明。为满足在正常情况下使用的照明称为正常照明。它起着满足人们基本视觉要求的功能，是照明设计中的主要照明，照明种类应选正常照明。设计的内容主要是选择合适的灯具使房间能够达到所要求的照度要求。 照明方式的确定应符合下列规定： (1) 工作场所应设置一般照明； (2) 当对同一场所内的不同区域有不同照度要求时，应该采用分区一般照明； (3) 对于作业面照度要求比较高，只采用一般照明不合理的场所时宜采用混合照明； (4) 在一个工作场所内不应只采用局部照明； (5) 当需要提高特定区域或目标的照度时，宜采用重点照明。在照明设计中选择照明器的基本原则：(1)合适的光特性；(2)符合防触电保护要求；(3)经济性 对于民用建筑，通常主要应遵守的规定有： (1)在正常环境中，宜选用开启式照明灯具； (2)在潮湿的房间中如卫生间，宜选用具有防水灯头的照明灯具； (3)在特别潮湿的房间应选用防水
