1、摘 要本次设计是对吴官屯煤矿3#号煤层进行开采设计,煤层厚度平均为5.6m。本矿井设计年产量1.2Mt/a,服务年限63年,符合矿井设计相关规范,矿井属低瓦斯矿井。设计采用立井开拓方式,共开掘有三个井筒即主立井、副立井、回风井。首采工作面位于1盘区,采用一次采全高后退式综合机械化采煤方法,矿井年工作日为300天,工作面实行“四、六”制作业形式,三班生产、一班检修准备,日循环六刀,每班循环两刀。工作面长为200m,采煤机割煤,刮板输送机运煤的方式,并采用及时支护,采煤机割煤方式为端头斜切进刀,双向割煤。顶板管理采用全部垮落法。矿井采用中央并列式通风方式,抽出式通风方法,各采掘工作面实行局部通风机
2、压入式通风,掘进工作面采用局部通风机压入式通风,回采工作面采用U型通风,矿井全部实现机械化,并且制定了一系列防火、防瓦斯、防顶板的安全技术措施。关键词:立井开拓;综合机械化采煤;全部垮落法AbstractThis design is to design the coal seam in Wuguantun Coal Mine.
