1、摘 要本次设计是开采潘家窑煤矿14#煤层,设计图纸共4张,说明书共八章。根据矿井原始资料,计算出矿区面积为10566648m2,矿井的地质储量为51.53Mt,矿井的设计可采储量为44.92Mt。矿井设计工作制度为四六制,即三采一准。矿井生产能力为0.9Mt/a,服务年限为55年。根据煤层埋藏深度确定井田开拓方式为斜井开拓,只划分为单水平。整个矿井划分为4个盘区,主副斜井各一个,风井布置一个。该矿井可采煤层14#煤平均厚度为3.33米、容重为1.45t/m3,井型初步定位0.9Mt/a。据井田调查结果,该矿井为低瓦斯矿井。瓦斯涌出量1.16m3/t。采煤方法选为一次采全厚综采采煤方法,工作面长
2、150米,推进长度为1346米,采煤机型号MG250/600系列电牵引采煤机为型的双滚筒采煤机,工作面回采率为95%,采掘比为1:2。井下运输均采用皮带运输,实现连续运输出煤,矿井通风系统为中央并列式,通风方式为抽出.关键词:瓦斯;双滚筒采煤机;综采放顶煤AbstractThe design is the exploitation of coal minePanJiayao14 # coal seam, a total of seven design drawings, ten chapters Manual.
