1、z摘 要本次设计是以山西煤炭运销集团潘家窑煤业有限责任公司7#、9#号煤层为例进行矿井初步设计,7#煤层厚度平均为3.98m。本矿井设计年产量0.9Mt/a,服务年限99年,符合矿井设计相关规范,矿井属低瓦斯矿井。设计采用主立副立综合开拓方式,共开掘有两个进风井(主立井、副立井)和三个回风井。井田共分为4个带区,分别为1101、1102、1103、1104|带区。首采工作面位于1101带区,采用倾斜长壁大采高一次采全高后退式综合机械化采煤方法,矿井年工作日为300天,工作面实行“四六”制作业,三班生产,一班检修准备,日循环六刀,每班循环两刀。工作面长为250m,采用MG-300/730-WD
2、采煤机割、装煤,刮板输送机运煤的方式,并采用及时支护,采煤机割煤方式为端头斜切进刀,双向割煤。工作面支护方式为及时支护,采空区采用全部跨落法管理顶板。设计时尽可能采用先进的开采技术和设备,符合高产高效矿井的要求,矿井全部实现机械化。通过采用先进技术和借鉴已实现高产高效现代化矿井的经验,从而实现高产高效,达到良好的经济效益和社会效益。关键词:立井开拓;大采高;及时支护ABSTRACTThe design is based on the 7# and 9# coal seam of the Pan Jia kiln coal industry limited company of Shanxi c

The minefield is divided into 4 zones, namely, 1101, 1102, 1103 and 1104| zones.The first working face is located in the 1101 zone, adopting a comprehensive mechanized coal mining method
5、 with long wall and large mining height, 300 days for the working day of the mine. The working face implements 46 production industry, three class production, one class maintenance preparation, daily circulation six knife, and two knife in each class cycle. Working face length is 250m, using MG-300/
6、730-WD shearer cutting, coal loading, scraper conveyor coal transportation way, and using timely support, shearer cutting coal method is the end of the inclined cutting tool, two-way coal cutting. The supporting method of working face is timely support, and the goaf adopts the whole span method to m
