1、摘 要本此矿井设计的是恒宝源矿的井田设计通过资料的井田概况和地质特征,了解了位于朔州的恒宝源矿的基本地质情况,根据最佳经济条件和技术的结合得出最佳一套方案,本次选择了适合本矿井的最佳的岩巷开拓方式、以及煤巷的采煤方法和各个准备系统、生产系统的结合。恒宝源地区地质条件比较复杂但恒宝源矿井田内地质构造比较简单断层发育较少几乎没有,属于低瓦斯矿井,对于煤尘点燃爆炸危险等级比较低;本矿井主要开采9号煤层,9号煤层煤层倾角大概为14,几乎接近于近水平煤层。经过技术条件和矿井的经济条件对比,得出恒宝源矿的煤矿设计生产能力为90万t/a,服务年限为24年,对于恒宝源矿的第一带区的第一水平设计为了立井开拓的矿
2、车运输方案,第一采区的采煤方法根据地质条件和经济性安全性我选用立式长壁采煤法,采煤工作面运用综合机械化回采工艺。辅助运输系统在先期建井初期或边建边采期间可作为主要运输设备,到后期建成后可采用矿车运输可以作为皮带运输的辅助系统当皮带检修和维修时为了不降低矿井产量可用矿车进行运输煤炭运也可作为机械设备、材料和矸石的运输,中间倒车的次数少而且方便运送,可直接从井底车场到达采煤工作面此次矿井的通风采用中央便捷式通风,在矿井提升方面主立井采用皮带运送,副井采用罐笼提升。工作面长200m,日进3刀,采用三采一准的作业形式,年工作天数276天。工作面采用后退式回采顺序,采空区采用全部垮落法处理。总而言之,通
