1、山西大同大学煤炭工程学院2016届本科生毕业设计摘 要最近几年来,煤炭行业的发展势头很好,越来越多的人力和金钱投入到了煤矿的生产和建设中。本设计就是在这样的的前提下对山西省长治市红兴煤业煤矿产值进行实地实习后,经过认真而详细的分析,计算后编写的。井田面积为2.18km2,批准开采515号煤层,批准矿井生产能力由为30万吨/a。井田内煤层赋存比较稳定,煤层平均倾斜角度为39,平均煤厚4.33m,地质条件比较简单,在井田范围中部有断层,矿井二氧化碳和瓦斯含量相对不高,涌水量也不大。根据实际的地质资料情况对矿井开拓方式、准备方式和采煤方法进行了初步设计,该矿井设计采用立井开拓方式,综合机械化采煤工艺
2、,倾斜长壁采煤法,大采高一次采全厚采煤法,使用全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井采用中央并列式通风,井底车场是刀把式环行车场,并对矿井提升、矿井运输、矿井通风和矿井排等各个生产系统进行设备选型计算。设计时需要根据现有经济技术条件,尽可能采用先进的开采技术和设备,以及对矿井安全技术措施和环境保护提出要求,完成整个矿井的初步设计。关键词:立井、大采高、走向长壁、采全厚ABSTRACT In recent years, the coal industry has been a good development, more and more money and manpower to the coal min
