1、摘 要我所设计山西煤炭运销集团潘家窑煤矿11号煤层,它的地理坐标为:北纬:395302395521东经:11246171125032。本井田位于大同煤田西南部各煤层,主要为中等镜质组各煤层均呈黑色,煤层厚度为1.45-2.20m,平均厚2.01m,属于中厚煤层,为稳定可采煤层。潘家窑矿瓦斯等级属低瓦斯矿井各煤层宏观煤岩类型的变化以半亮型煤为主,半暗型煤为辅,煤岩中的成份以亮煤居多,暗煤次之。在这次设计中,潘家窑矿井的设计储量为2937万吨,可采储量2896万吨,工业储量3076万吨。矿井年产量60万吨,服务年限50年。工作制度采用四六工作制,三个班采煤,一个班检修。潘家窑矿井的设计,矿井全部实
2、现机械化水平,采用先进技术来实现高产高效现代化矿井的经验,制定了防顶板,防涌水,防治煤尘,防瓦斯,防火等各部分的安全措施。提高了矿井的经济效益,减少了矿井的生产成本。关键词:走向长壁采煤法;综合机械化采煤;抽出式通风ABSTRACTI designed the 11# coal seam of the Pan Jia Yao coal mine of Shanxicoal transportation and marketing group. The gas grade of the Pan Jia Yao mine belongs to the change of the macroscopic coal and rock type in the coal seam of the low gas mine, with the semi bright coal as the main type, the semi dark briquette is supplemented, the components in the coal and
5、 rock are mostly bright coal and the dark coal is the second.In this design, the design reserves of the Pan Jia kiln are two bits and 29 million 370 thousand tons, the recoverable reserves are 28 million 950 thousand tons, and the industrial reserves are 30 million 750 thousand tons.
