1、摘 要馒头山矿在大同煤田西南边缘,处于山西省朔州市右玉县县城东南约21Km处的馒头山村。井田南北长约4.2km,东西宽约3.8km。此矿地质条件简单,煤层厚度6.2米,本次设计采用综合放顶煤开采工艺。根据矿井服务年限和可采储量的要求,确定矿井生产能力为120万吨/年;根据掘进,运输,通风等因素的限制,本矿拟使用带区式开采,带区式布置可满足其运料,通风,运煤三大系统的要求,并且拥有通风系统简单,巷道布置简单的优点,优于采区式布置,故而采用。矿井达产时的首采工作面位于1带区,该带区划分为12个条带,工作面长度为194m,推进长度为1600m,回采工艺采用综放采煤法,采用“四六制”作业制度,采空区采
2、用全部跨落法管理顶板。最后,该矿日产量为5455.8吨,能满足生产能力的要求,且回采率能达到国家有关规定。本设计包含内容八章,设计图四幅,参考文献30篇关键词:带区;综放采煤;首采工作面ABSTRACTBuntou Mountain Mine is located at the southwest edge of Datong Coalfield, located in steamed bun Mountain Village in the southeast of Youyu County, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province.The length of north
3、 and south is about 4.2 km, and the width of east and west is about 3.8 km. The geological condition of this mine is simple, the thickness of coal seam is 6.2 meters, this design adopts comprehensive caving mining technology. According to the requirements of mine service life and recoverable reserve
4、s, the mine production capacity is determined to be 1.2 million tons per year. According to the restrictions of drivage, transportation, ventilation and other factors, the mine is to use zone-type mining, and the zone-type arrangement can satisfy its transportation of materials and ventilation. The
5、requirement of the three coal transportation systems has the advantages of simple ventilation system and simple layout of roadway, which is superior to the layout of mining area, so it is adopted.The first mining face when the mine reaches production is located in zone 1, which is divided into 12 zo
6、nes, the length of working face is 194m and the length of propulsion is 1600m.The mining technology adopts fully mechanized caving mining method and adopts four or six system operation system. The roof of goaf is managed by the method of all span and fall.Finally, the output of the mine is 5455.8 to
