1、摘 要本次设计围绕大同同煤集团小官窑矿5#煤层进行初步设计。该矿位于大同煤田的中东缘,大同向斜的东翼,为低山丘陵地貌,地势总体为北高南低。本矿井地质条件较为简单,但有多条大断层,针对实际情况,我们将其留作保护煤柱。煤层自然发火期较长,煤尘具有爆炸性,属瓦斯矿井,平均倾角3,平均煤厚4.5m,矿井工业储量9710.70863万吨,可采储量6918.8799万吨。设计产量每年120万吨,首采工作面为一盘区,工作面长度210m,服务年限约41年,采用四六制作业,三班采煤一班检修。矿井设计将矿井分为四个盘区。设计的矿井属于机械程度高的现代化矿井,采煤方式为综合机械化开采,开拓方式为斜井开拓,主副井各一
2、个位于工业广场内,风井位于井田的中央,为专用回风立井。井底车场为环形车场,通风方法为抽出式通风,通风方式为中央并列式。井田内煤层属中厚煤层,工作面采用一次采全高单一长壁采煤法,盘区和工作面均采用后退式。工作面进刀方式采用端部斜切进刀割三角煤。工作面使用ZZ9200/24/50型液压支架,采高4.5米。回采工作面为全负压U形通风,矿井运煤采用胶带输送机运输,辅助运输采用蓄电池式机车牵引固体箱式矿车。安全技术措施包括井下瓦斯预防、顶板管理、水灾预防、火灾预防、煤矿爆炸的预防及粉尘防治措施等。关键词:综合机械化采煤;斜井;抽出式通风;长壁采煤法ABSTRACTThis designisthe pre
