1、摘 要本次设计的矿井生产,主要的特点是双立井开拓,掘进工作量比较大,自然条件复杂,断层多而厚,开拓方案,通风和安全措施显得尤为重要。煤层的地质条件复杂多变,开采方法也就多种多样,全矿设计生产能力1.2Mt/a 。本设计是在潘家窑矿7煤层地质条件下做的矿井初步设计,设计内容包含有:矿井概述及井田地质特征、矿井开拓、采(盘)区巷道布置及装备、采煤方法、矿井通风及安全技术措施,以及设计矿井基本技术经济指标等方面。 井田概况主要包括矿区的地理、地形和交通;矿井的地理位置、井田范围;矿区的气象条件、地震烈度、电源和水源的概况;井田地质特征、煤层及煤质概况以及水文地质条件概况等。采煤方法选择了一次采全高单
2、一长壁采煤法,其中设计了采煤工艺方式,设备配置,回采巷道布置和巷道掘进工艺。通风设计主要包括矿井抽出式通风系统的选择、矿井所需风量的计算及分配、全矿井前期、后期的通风阻力计算以及对通风设备的选择等。安全技术措施包括井下瓦斯预防、顶板管理、水灾预防、火灾预防、煤尘爆炸的预防及粉尘防治措施等. 关键词:双立井开拓;单一长壁采煤法;抽出式通风;双向割煤ABSTRACT The main characteristic of this design is that its location is in underground, the work is very difficult.
