1、摘 要本次设计题目是为同煤集团四老沟矿2#煤层盘区的初步设计,该矿在大同煤田的东北方向,大同市区西南方向,地势复杂,总体为北西高,东南低。据勘探资料表明:该煤层平均煤厚2.50到2.80m,平均倾角1,工业储量110.80Mt,可采储量81.61Mt,设计生产能力1.2Mt/a,盘区服务年限53年,矿井采用立井开拓。此盘区地质较简单,自然发火期相对较长,煤层有爆炸性,属于低瓦斯矿井。据实际地质资料显示对此煤层进行初步设计,工作面长度200m,采用三八制作业,日循环8刀,每班4刀。并采用三条大巷布置,一条轨道大巷,一条回风巷,一条运输大巷。同时,通风方式为抽出式通风,本盘区煤层属于中厚煤层,故采
2、用倾斜长壁采煤法,盘区工作面均采用后退式开采。最后通过对盘区运输、排水和通风等各生产系统的设备选型计算,并同时考虑盘区安全技术措施和环境保护的要求,完成整个盘区的初步设计。关键词:立井开拓;后退式开采;盘区式ABSTRACTThis design topic is for four old mine 2 # coal seam with coal group the preliminary design of plate area, the northeast of the mine in datong coalfield, southwest of datong city, complex
