1、摘 要本设计为同煤集团东周窑煤矿4#煤层,年产量为150万吨。该煤层的储量为20752.04万吨。区内煤层赋存比较稳定,断层少,煤层倾角平均为5,煤层厚度平均为5m。该煤层范围内整体地质条件相对来说简单。按照实际掌握的地质资料情况进行盘区巷道布置和准备方式的初步设计,4号煤层第一盘区首采面的开拓方式。本次设计采取综合机械化放顶煤回采工艺,采煤方法采用走向长壁采煤法,用全部跨落法处理采空区,并且对盘区巷道、机械设备、运输和通风等每一个生产系统的设施进行选型计算,完成了对盘区的最初设计。矿井灾害防治是针对瓦斯、火灾、水害、粉尘等对对开采过程中的影响。对其矿山救护队的重点培养,以备不时之需。矿井已经
