1、 摘 要减速器作为一种最常用的传动装置,目前已经广泛应用于生产的各行各业中,根据减速器应用场合的不一样,对减速器的结构和性能要求也有所区别。但是,由于在减速器的传统设计过程中,设计者主要根据以往的设计经验,结合大量的经验公式和设计参数来进行具体的设计,很难实现减速器的优化设计。为了解决减速器的设计周期长,设计成本高,传动质量较低等问题,本文把虚拟样机技术应用到减速器的设计优化中。虚拟样机技术是一种崭新的产品开发方法,它是一种基于产品的计算机仿真模型的数字化设计方法。利用虚拟样机技术,可以使产品的设计者、使用者和制造者在产品研制的早期,在虚拟的环境中直观形像地对虚拟的产品原型进行设计优化、性能测
2、试、制造仿真和使用仿真,这对启迪设计创新、提高设计质量、减少设计错误、加快产品开发周期有重要意义。本文在虚拟样机技术理论的指导下,在特征造型工具SolidWorks、机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis Mechanical System)集成系统基础上,对圆弧齿轮减速器进行了研究。首先利用SolidWorks软件对其进行了三维建模和装配,并进行了运动学分析,验证了模型的正确性和合理性;然后利用机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS对减速器传动系统进行了动力学分析,计算了齿轮激振力的大小,为后面的有限元分析提供了必须的边界条件;在此边界条件下,利用有限元分析
