1、摘 要黄坛口水电站于浙江省乌溪江,黄坛口,属于二级开发电站,于湖南镇水电站间距29km,根据地形要求,其开发方式为有压引水式。坝区地质条件较好,主要建筑物(混凝土重力坝),泄水建筑物(混凝土溢流坝),引水建筑物(有压引水遂洞、调压室和压力钢管),河岸式地面厂房。水库设计洪水位119.50m(千年一遇),相应的下泄流量5340m3/s;校核洪水位121m(万年一遇),相应的下泄流量6600m3/s;正常蓄水位116m.非溢流坝坝顶高程126.5m。坝底高程70.0m。最大坝高126.5m。上游坝坡坡度1:0.15,下游坝坡坡度1:0.72,溢流坝堰顶高程112.1m。引水遂洞进口位于坝址上游凹口
