1、摘 要随着我国商品经济迅速发展日益壮大,工业产品的经济性及环保性受到了人们越来越多的重视。国内已可以生产纸筒剪切设备,但是国内目前设备的自动化水平和生产效率比较低,如果又只是引进国外的纸筒设备的话,又会面临价格昂贵的情况。本设计根据上述实际情况,并结合企业的生产的实际需求,设计出了一种纸筒剪切的自动化设备方案。本设备可用来生产一种用于剪切花炮筒等纸筒的纸筒剪切机,具有较高的自动化水平,也兼具较好的经济性。该方案中的主要创新之处在于,电动机输入动力后,通过一级带减速和二级齿轮减速后提供到执行机构。一级带传动有能够做到缓冲、吸收机构运行中产生的振动,使生产过程平稳的同时又有结构简单的特点;而齿轮传
2、动具有功率覆盖范围大,在工作运行之中的性能可靠,结构紧凑的同时又有着较高的传动效率等优点。通过这样的三级减速传动结构能够达到一种得到较小的动力损失,传动平稳高效的目的。刀具往复运动过程在本设计中,是依靠曲柄滑块机构来实现完成。从而,该执行机构能够将传动系统中原本执行的回转运动,转换成纸筒剪切机所需要的直线运动,达到使纸筒剪切机做往复运动切割纸筒的目的。本纸筒剪切机的设计内容主要包括为:纸筒剪切机的传动机构和执行机构。对传动部件中的电机、带等零件和执行机构涉及的曲轴、连杆、导杆、轴承等零部件进行了选型和结构设计计算以及关键零件的校核。关键词:纸筒剪切,带传动,齿轮传动,轴,切刀I1ABSTRAC
