1、摘 要我这个毕业设计做的是LF804拖拉机传动箱壳体镗床夹具设计以及零件的加工工艺规程。这个LF804拖拉机传动箱壳体零件加工最多的是平面和孔系。通常情况下,要想确保平面的加工精度要求是比保证孔系的加工精度来的更容易些。所以,我这个设计遵循先简单后困难,先面再孔的加工原则。然后将孔和平面的加工准确无误的划分成粗加工和精加工两个阶段这样就可以保证孔系加工的精度。这里我对基准的选择是用传动箱壳体的输入轴和输出轴的支承孔来作为粗基准的,再用顶面和两个工艺孔来作为精基准的要求。这里的主要加工的工序安排是一开始用支承孔系定位来加工顶平面的,然后用顶平面与支承孔系定位以此来加工出所需的工艺孔。在后面的加工
2、工序中除了少量的工序以外,其余的都是用顶平面和工艺孔来定位加工出其他所需的孔系和加工平面。这里的支承孔系的加工方法是采用坐标法镗孔来进行加工的。在零件的整个加工流程我们都选用是组合机床。我对夹具的选用是使用通用夹具,选用的夹紧方法一般都是用机构来夹紧的,这样的夹紧可靠,而且机构还可以达到自锁。所以这样的生产效率会比较的高。以此来达到我们所需要加工大批量的零件和在流水线上完成。这样就能够很好的达到我们的设计要求。关键词:传动箱;加工工艺;夹具设计I AbstractThis is my graduation design done LF804 tractor gearbox shell bori
