1、家蝇幼虫蝇油的提取及其抗衰老作用研究摘要:目的 对家蝇幼虫蝇油的提取进行优选,研究家蝇蝇油的抗衰老作用和体外抑菌效果,为化妆品的开发提供理论依据;方法 通过设计正交试验优选出家蝇幼虫蝇油的提取工艺;皮下注射D-半乳糖和紫外灯照射小鼠背部皮肤造成皮肤衰老模型,同时设空白对照和模型组研究蝇油的抗衰老作用;蝇油的体外抗菌效果;结果 70、2.5h,1:10料液比为最佳提取工艺;蝇油有一定的抗衰老作用;蝇油对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌均有一定的抑菌效果;结论 超声联合浸提法适合从家蝇幼虫中快速有效提取蝇油,蝇油有一定的抗衰老效果和抗菌作用。关键词:家蝇幼虫;蝇油;抗衰老;抗菌The extrac

Result The optimal condition was petroleum ether as the extraction solvent, temperature 70, extraction time 2.5 hours, and solvent volume 12 ml/g. The grease can take effect in anti-aging and antibacterial abili
5、ty among escherichia, staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis. Conclusion The ultrasound combined extraction can be used in the extraction of the grease from effciently.
