1、生地黄与熟地黄重金属含量的研究 摘要:目的 研究生地黄与熟地黄重金属的含量。方法 采用微波消解制备汞试液,原子荧光光谱法测定汞(Hg)含量;电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定重金属铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pd)的含量。结果 对于各元素测定,标准曲线的相关系数:R= 0. 9995 1.0000,重复性:RSD为1.25%10.17%;回收率为97.2%116.3%;生地黄重金属中铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pd)、汞(Hg)的平均含量分别为8.3718mg/kg、2.6818mg/kg、0.8308mg/kg、0.0525mg/kg、1.1907mg
2、/kg、0.0165mg/kg及熟地黄中铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pd)、汞(Hg)的平均含量分别为1.5235mg/kg、2.1936mg/kg、0.4362mg/kg、0.0276mg/kg、0.6176mg/kg、0.0107mg/kg。结论 该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于生地黄和熟地黄6种重金属元素的含量测定;生地黄重金属的含量高于熟地黄重金属的含量。关键词:生地黄;熟地黄;重金属含量;微波消解;原子荧光光谱法;电感耦合等离子体质谱法Study on the content of heavy metals in Rehmanniae Radix and Reh

5、10.17%.The recovery rates were in the range of 97.2%-116.3%;The content of heavy metals of Rehmanniae Radix The average contents of heavy metals of Rehmanniae Radix were measured to be Cr (8.3718 mg/kg),Cu(2.6818 mg/kg),As(0.8308 mg / kg),Cd( 0.0525 mg/kg),Pb(1.1907 mg/kg),and Hg (0.0165 mg/kg);and
6、the average contents of heavy metals of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata were measured to be Cr (1.5235 mg/kg),Cu(2.1936mg/kg),As(0.4362mg / kg),Cd( 0.0276 mg/kg),Pb(0.6176 mg/kg),and Hg (0.0107 mg/kg).
