1、超声提取穿破石中黄酮及其活性研究摘要:目的 以中药材穿破石为原料,研究了穿破石中黄酮类成分的提取工艺条件、大孔树脂纯化方法和抗氧化作用,为穿破石的应用提供有效的科学依据。方法 以一定浓度的乙醇作为提取溶剂,采用超声提取方法,通过提取溶剂(乙醇)体积分数、料液比、提取时间三个因素进行单因素实验,并以实验结果为基础,设计响应面实验方案,对最优提取条件进行探究并确定。纯化方面以五种型号的大孔树脂作对比,通过静态和动态吸附与解析确定最佳纯化的树脂型号。最后通过羟自由基的清除率和DPPH自由基清除率研究黄酮的抗氧化性。结果 以单因素实验为基础,通过响应面实验得到最佳提取条件为提取溶剂浓度为70%乙醇,料
2、液比1:15,时间30min;通过静态和动态的吸附与解析,比较5种大孔树脂的能力得出型号NKA-9树脂纯化效果最佳。最后通过羟自由基的清除率和DPPH自由基清除率,随浓度增加清除率变大,抗氧化效果明显。结论 响应面对穿破石黄酮提取的优化具有实际应用价值,大孔树脂NKA-9对穿破石的纯化效果显著,且穿破石黄酮有较强的抗氧化能力。关键词:穿破石黄酮;提取工艺优化;大孔树脂纯化;抗氧化能力Ultrasonic extraction in Ventilago leiocarpa Benth of flavonoids and its active researchAbstract: Objective

5、ing and determining the optimal extraction conditions.Selecting the appropriate type of macroporous resin among five kinds of macroporous resin , compare to get the optimal purification conditions, and using the method of acetic ether extraction to improve the effect of purification. Finally, we can
6、 evaluation such as the flavonoids of Ventilago leiocarpa Benth by comparing the Vc hydroxyl free radical clearance rate and the DPPH clearance rate.Results By the response surface experiments ,we can see the optimal extraction conditions is 70% of ethanol, material liquid is 1:15, extracting is 30
