1、柴桂感冒颗粒的制备工艺研究 摘要:目的 本课题在中医药理论的指导下,对柴桂感冒颗粒的制备工艺进行研究,优化柴桂感冒颗粒剂的制备工艺参数。方法 根据处方的功能主治和药物成分的性质,采用正交试验方法以及多指标综合评价方法,研究确定柴桂感冒颗粒的制备工艺。在制备工艺的研究中,采用常用的回流提取的方法提取,通过正交试验以浸膏得率、总多糖含量、总皂苷含量为指标优选出最佳水提工艺,再在最佳水提方案的基础上,通过正交试验以浸膏得率、总多糖含量、总皂苷含量为指标优选出最佳醇沉工艺;其次,考察不同辅料的制粒情况、外观、水分、溶化性、成型性等,优选出最佳成型工艺;最后,对优选工艺制备的颗粒的进行各项检查。结果 筛
2、选出最佳提取工艺为:处方药加10倍水,浸泡0.5h,煎煮2次,每次2h;最佳醇沉条件:药液相对密度为1.20,醇沉浓度为50%,静置时间为12小时;最佳成型工艺为:药液浓缩至相对密度约为1.40(60)的稠膏,加4倍辅料(甘露醇:糊精=3.5:0.5)混匀,湿法挤出制粒,所得颗粒于60下烘箱干燥约2h,整粒,即得。成型颗粒经检査符合药典规定。结论 本实验筛选出的柴桂颗粒提取工艺、纯化工艺和成型工艺简单合理、稳定可行,可用于柴桂感冒颗粒的工业化生产。 关键词:柴桂感冒颗粒,正交试验,制备工艺,紫外分光光度法 Optimization of the Preparation Technology f

Results The best water extraction process was as follows: 10 times of water was added, the material was soaked 0.5 hour,extracted for tow times,2 h for each time; the best alcohol process was as follows: the relati
