1、摘 要在对国内外车库现状及发展趋势做了充分调研的基础上,以较为典型的升降横移式立体车库为研究对象，选择三层三列式车库结构作为研究模型。综合考虑立体车库制造成本和运行安全的双重因素。简单介绍了车库的主体结构和特点，对车库的控制系统也作了简单的说明，依据升降横移式立体车库的运行原理，运用机械设计相关知识进行了一系列传动方案的设计，包括提升系统的传动设计，横移系统的传动设计，还运用力学理论对升降横移式立体车库的结构进行了力学分析，包括升降横移式立体车库的框架结构的强度、横移传动系统中轴的强度和升降传动系统中轴的强度等。为了使停车设备满足使用要求，根据国家关于机械式停车设备通用安全要求的标准、升降横移

14、械式立体停车库，在很多国家和地区都得到了快速的发展。机械车库与传统的自然地下车库相比，在许多方面都显示出优越性。首先，机械车库具有突出的节地优势。机械式立体停车设备以其独特的优点，引起了各界的重视，得到了广泛的应用。机械式立体停车库可充分利用空间，在有限场地上，最大限度停放车辆，是改善城市交通，缓解城市停车难的新途径。就当前社会对于立体停车库的需求，本文介绍了各种型式立体停车库的特点，选出了一种能广泛满足社会需求的机械式立体停车库，升降横移式立体停车库作为研究对象，它也是比较典型的机电一体化产品。一些大城市已运用其实现许多停车问题。该车库依据升降横移类机械式停车设备运行原理，采用钢架结构搭建而

15、成。1.2 机械式立体停车库发展概况机械式停车设备的应用已有30多年的历史了。发展较早、较好的有日本、韩国、德国等。在亚洲，机械式停车设备采用较早应用较普遍的是日本、韩国和我国台湾省。日本从事机械式立体停车库及其设备开发、制造的共有200多家，其中生产机械式立体停车设备的约100多家，比较大的公司有新明和、日精、三菱重工、大福、日成、东急、内外及昭和起重机等，产品既有出口的，也有进口的。韩国机械式停车设备行业的发展历程比较平稳。20世纪70年代中期为起步阶段，80年代为引进阶段，90年代为供应使用阶段。由于这几个阶段受到了政府的高度重视，各种机械式停车设备得到了普遍的开发和利用，年递增速度达到30%；2000年以来为发展阶段，自动化停车设备将随供应量不断的扩大而迅速发展。我国在20
