    1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为济宁三号煤矿8.0Mt/a新井设计,共包括10章:1、矿区概述与地质特征;2、井田境界和储量;3、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4、井田开拓;5、准备方式带区巷道布置;6、采煤方法; 7、井下运输;8、矿井提升;9、矿井通风与安全;10、设计矿井基本技术经济指标。济宁三号煤矿位于山东省济宁市境内,交通便利。井田走向(南北)长约9.5km,倾向(东西)长约10.5km,总面积为100km2。可采煤层为三上、三下、16上和17煤层,主采三下煤层,煤层倾角为38,可采范围内平均厚度为5.26m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储

    2、量为1265.80Mt,可采储量为854.12Mt。矿井设计生产能力为8.0Mt/a。矿井服务年限为82.0a,涌水量不大,矿井正常涌水量为303m3/h,最大涌水量为478m3/h。矿井瓦斯涌出量低,为低瓦斯矿井,煤层易自燃,煤尘易爆炸。根据井田地质条件,提出四个技术上可行的开拓,通过技术经济比较,选择立井两水平分区域开拓作为井田的开拓方式。矿井东区和西区布置两个4.0Mt/a的采煤工作面。设计首采区采用盘区准备方式,工作面长度250m,采用综合机械化一次采全高采煤法,全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井年工作日为330d,每天净提升时间为16h,工作制度为“三八”制,两班生产,一班检修,生产班每班4

    3、个循环,日进8个循环,矿井日产煤23676.64t。采用胶带输送机运煤,无轨脚轮车辅助运输。主井装备两套带平衡锤的25t双箕斗提煤,副井装备一个双层四车罐笼和双层带平衡锤宽罐笼担负辅助运输任务。矿井通风方式为分区式通风,矿井通风容易。专题部分题目是综采工作面沿空掘巷技术浅析,主要研究分析了国内外沿空掘巷技术的研究现状,基于沿空掘巷矿压显现及覆岩移动规律和巷道锚网支护机理提出了合理的沿空掘巷围岩控制原则及沿空掘巷围岩控制的大小结构模型,对综采工作面沿空留巷技术做了全面的陈述。翻译部分主要内容是关于煤矿瓦斯管理的模拟气体回收试验方面的研究,英文题目为:Simulation of an enhanc

The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The run of the minefield is 9.5km,the width is about 10.5km,well farmland total area i

    7、s 100 km2.There are four coal seams be mined in the mining . The three is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 2 to 8 degree. The thickness of the seam is about 5.26m. Geologic structure of coalfield is simple.The proved reserves of the minefield are 1265.80 million tons,and the recoverable rese

    8、rves are 854.12 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 8.0 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 82.0 years. The normal flow of the mine is 303m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 478 m3 percent hour. The mineral well gas gushes is lower, It is a low ga

    9、s mineral well. Coal seams are liable to spontaneous combustion and coal dust explosives.According to the geological conditions, put forward four technically feasible development plan. Through the technical and economic comparison,determine plan is Shaft two level Sub-regional. The roadway is layout

There are two 4.0Mt / a mining face layouted of in the East and West.The design apply panelen preparation against the first band , the length of working face is 250m,use fully mechanized coal mining at all height to exploit coal,fall to dispose worked out section.In the mine

    11、,It produced 330 d/a. and use “three-eight” working system.Two class production, One class examine and repair, with 8 working cycles per day,daily production is 11838.32t.Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and trackless vehicles to be assistant transport. The main sh

    12、aft uses double 25 t skips to lift coal with a balance hammer and the auxiliary shaft uses a twins four-car double-deck cage to lift material and personnel transportation.The mine ventilation mode is partition ventilation , and it is easy to mine ventilation.The topic of special subject parts is the

    13、 analysis of along goaf roadway technology in mechanized mining face. .Aimed at along goaf roadway technology,a mechanical model was creatd based on the analysis of mine pressure and movement rules of overburden rock appeared during the application,and a reasonable surrounding rock control principle

    14、 was put forward.Furthermore,by referencing the successful application engineering example of along goaf roadway technology, the main technique method in surrounding rock control was given with a fully comprehensive statement of along goaf roadway technology in mechanized mining face.Translation par
