The amount of
3、 wastewater was 500t/d, with COD of 500.0mg/L, BOD5 of 235.8 mg/L, SS of 165.8 mg/L and NH4+-N of 60.5 mg/L on average. The average removal rates of these indexes are 92.3%, 95.6%, 92.8% and 86.0% respectively. The effluent concentrations of these indexes are 38.3 mg/L, 10.3 mg/L, 12.0 mg/L and 8.5
4、mg/L, which met the grade first B requirements of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB18918 2002). The cost was 0.57 Yuan per ton of wastewater. This process had the advantages of low land area, low cost, high effect and simple operation and so on.products fa

The characters of Chinese town sewage are large amount, low treating effect and with no completed treating and collecting system. The constructions of wastewater
8、 treatment systems in Chinese town have the disadvantages of large investment in infrastructure, high operation cost, long treating time and large land area 1. There are many wastewater treating plants not running because of lack of operation fund. So the selection of wastewater treatment process fo
9、r town should consider these facts as well as its impacts on the environment and its energy consumption. The pre aeration-SBR wastewater treatment process adopted in a town in Qingdao performed well, which reached a balance in the economy, environment and effect. In this paper, the design parameters

13、r quality, high concentration of organic compounds, high ammonia nitrogen content, good biochemical characteristics of the wastewater, so for the wastewater treatment of the town , the emphasis is on the treatment of ammonia nitrogen and organic compounds, and based on the above reasons, combined wi
