    1、 摘要本设计是西宁市景岳小区4号住宅楼给水排水工程设计,主要包括给水系统、排水系统和消防系统三个部分。本次设计的目的是充分利用所学的现有的知识,完成高层建筑给水排水工程的设计。此次设计基本上实现了我们从理论知识向实际工程设计的转变,充分的把理论知识应用到实际的工程当中,并对设计的方案、内容加以有针对性地、有说服力地论证,从而实现设计工程的可行性。在选题的过程中,考虑到地区性、建筑性质,选用高层建筑,建筑类别相对高级,进行建筑给水排水工程的设计,满足人们的生活需要,并且使人们得到舒适、便利生活环境。设计的大体内容是:建筑给水工程、排水工程和消防工程,设计的意义在于满足人们生活用水的同时,要满足室

    2、内的消防用水,保证人们居住的安全性。设计的依据为相关书籍和设计手册、规范。在设计中,大都按照常规方法,严格依据设计手册中的相关规范来进行,建筑给水排水系统及卫生设备要相对完善,在技术上要保持先进的水平,在计算的过程中,尽量使用符合经济流速的管径,以便降低成本,同时要考虑水的漏失、压力情况来选择管材和一些连接管件,以便在水从市政管网输送到建筑内用户的过程中,水的漏失量最少,节约水资源。本次毕业设计根据所提供的建筑物为二十九层的高层住宅楼,地下1层,该层为仓库和储物间。因本建筑属于一类高层,市政压力不能满足供水压力,因此给水系统有三个分区:一至六层为低区,由市政管网供水;七至十七层为中区,十八至二

    3、十九层为高区,中高区分别由中高区变频供水机组供水。室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备。该建筑要求消防给水安全可靠,每个消火栓箱设按钮,消防时直接启动消防泵,在地下室考虑用自动喷淋系统,另外地上一至二十九层设有消火栓和自动喷淋,提高消防可靠性。本建筑物所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况,根据建筑物的性质,用途,和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备,具体的给排水系统设计如下:给水系统本建筑地下一层至地上六层由室外市政管网直接供水,七至十七层设有变频调速系统和水泵、屋顶水箱相接合的给水方式,十八至二十九由高区变频机组供水;由于消火栓超过十个,需设两条引入管。从不同的方向引入。既保障了供

    4、水安全,又节约了能耗。排水系统:本设计采用污废水合流排放体制。管材采用了具有消声功能的螺旋UPVC排水管,升顶通气方式,为此可进一步提高环境质量。地下室内设有集水坑。消防系统:该建筑防火等级属于高危险级级,设计内容包括消火栓系统,自动喷水灭火系统。在屋顶水箱间内设实验用消火栓装置,消火栓给水管网呈环状布置,各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮,能直接启动消防泵;室外设地下式水泵结合器,保证消防安全可靠。雨水系统:该建筑为高层住宅楼,对建筑立面要求较高,建筑的屋面高低落差较大故主要采用雨水内排水方式。各系统中的立管设在管井内或沿墙敷设,水平管根据各系统的特点明敷或暗敷。本设计以经济、环保、节能为原则,
