    1、摘要 本设计是青海省石油管理局基地9#商住楼的高层建筑给排水工程设计,该工程为27层,另外有一层地下室,建筑总高层为84.5m,该工程设计主要包括给水系统(其中包含有热水)、排水系统(及雨水排放)、消防系统(室内消火栓及自动喷淋两部分)。高层建筑给排水设计的意义在于满足人们生活用水的同时,要满足室内的消防用水,保证人们居住的安全性。设计的依据为相关书籍和设计手册、规范。在设计中,大都按照常规方法,严格依据设计手册中的相关规范来进行,建筑给水排水系统及卫生设备要相对完善,在技术上要保持先进的水平,在计算的过程中,尽量使用符合经济流速的管径,以便降低成本,同时要考虑水的漏失、压力情况来选择管材和一

    2、些连接管件,以便在水从市政管网输送到建筑内用户的过程中,水的漏失量最少,节约水资源。 本建筑给水系统采用分区供水,地下一层到五层为低区,直接由市政给水管网供水,其中市政压力为0.32MPa;其中六层到十八层为中区,十九层到二十七层为高区,由生活水泵房中的微机变频调速水泵机组供水,每区有两台水泵,一备一用。热水系统采用分户式热水供应系统,宾馆部分每间客房卫生间设一个电热水器加热,住宅部分每户设一个电热水器加热,全天24小时供水。排水系统采用污、废水合流制,室内一层及以上污废水重力自流排入室外污水管道,地下室污废水采用潜水泵提升至室外污水检查井,污废水经化粪池处理后,排入市政污水管。本建筑雨水采用

    3、内排雨水系统,屋面雨水经雨水斗和室内雨水管排至室外雨水检查井后可直接排入市政雨水管。本工程消防给水系统用水由地下消防水泵房供给,消火栓给水及自动喷淋给水合用一个消防水池的水,且本工程消防系统为闭式湿式系统。在本建筑屋顶设置消防水箱,供消火栓系统初期灭火用水,与喷洒系统合用。消火栓系统采用两路供水,水平管与竖向管构成环状。本工程地下、地上五层及住宅公共部分均设自动喷水灭火系统,系统用水由地下消防水泵房供给,与室内消火栓系统合用。消防泵房内设喷洒泵两台,一用一备由湿式报警阀直接控制喷洒水泵启动。 各系统管材及连接方式:各层给水管道采用暗装敷设,室内生活给水立管及、横干管及泵房内管道均采用衬塑钢管,

    4、法兰连接,客房及本层内配水管采用PP-R塑料给水管,采用热熔连接;建筑室内排水管材采用柔性铸铁排水管,室外采用钢筋混泥土排水管;通气管的管材,可采用塑料管、柔性接口排水铸铁管等;消火栓给水管采用无缝钢管,采用焊接方式;自动喷淋管管道采用镀锌钢管,镀锌钢管应采用沟槽式连接件(卡箍)、丝扣或法兰连接。报警阀前采用内壁不防腐钢管时,可焊接连接。本设计以经济、环保、节能、安全、可靠为原则,通过借鉴以前的设计方法和经验,采用了合理可靠的设计方案及技术措施,使给排水设计的各个系统达到了很好的使用效果,并具有安全、方便、节约等的优点。在管材选择方面也本着各系统的性质而分别选用,使得在安全可靠的前提下得到经济
