    1、摘要马场垣乡位于民和县县境西北部,距县府驻地12千米。马场垣乡总面积48.6平方千米,人口3.2万,以汉族为主,还有藏、回、土族等。 水源取自湟水河,湟水河是黄河上游的几大支流之一,依次流经民和县上官厅镇,川口镇、马场垣乡。源自古善水库,在多巴南街(县第二人民医院)以东的下大水滩村处(东北方向500米)汇入湟水,全长30+(有待详考)公里。流域面积60+平方公里,年平均流量21.6百万立方米,年输沙量0.04亿吨。参照规范和一些相关文献,根据原水水质分析,确定该厂的水处理工艺流程如下:原水取水泵站混凝沉淀过滤消毒清水池二级泵站用户设计范围有取水工程的设计,净水工程的设计和输配水管网工程的设计。

    2、设计的内容主要有:(1)根据水质、水量、地区条件、施工条件和一些水厂运转情况选定处理方案和确定处理工艺流程。(2)拟定各种构筑物的设计流量及工艺参数。 (3)选择各构筑物的型式和数目,初步进行水厂的平面布置和高程布置。在此基础上确定构筑物的形式、有关尺寸安装位置等。 (4)进行各构筑物的设计和计算,定出各构筑物和主要构件的尺寸,管网布线,初分流量后进行平差(5)根据各构筑物的确切尺寸,确定各构筑物在平面布置上的确切位置,并最后完成平面布置。(6)水厂厂区主体构筑物(生产工艺)和附属构筑物的布置,厂区道路、绿化等总体布置。(7)绘制水厂的平面布置图、高程图、管网布置平面图、各工艺平面图和剖面图等

    3、共14张。(8)写出设计说明书及计算说明书。本设计中选择岸边式取水构筑物中的合建式;格栅尺寸为1000mm600mm(标注尺寸),采用BLQ型格栅除污机;集水井设计尺寸为长10米,宽8米,其中进水室宽5米,吸水室宽3米;取水泵站选用3台IS-200-150-250型水泵(两用一备);混凝的投药过程采用机械混合,以电动机驱动搅拌使水和药混合,教版采用桨板式;混合工艺采用管式静态混合器(两个,以备一用)混合药剂与原水;絮凝设备选用垂直轴式机械絮凝池;本设计采用斜管沉淀池;本厂的过滤设备采用普通快滤池;自来水厂的消毒采用氯气消毒的常规方法;配水管网采用树状与环状管网相结合的形式。图纸分别为:给水厂平
