    许疃煤矿0.9Mta新井设计.docx

    1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为许疃煤矿0.9Mt/a新井设计。许疃矿位于安徽省宿州市西南部,地处蒙城县板桥镇某乡境内,区内交通十分便利。井田南北走向长5.06.5km,东西倾向宽2.53.5km,井田面积约20km2。井田内可采煤层共有2层,主采煤层为72煤。井田内72煤倾角在713之间,平均厚度3m。矿井工业储量为327.898Mt,可采储量为249.35Mt,设计服务年限197.9a。矿井正常涌水量为525m3/h,最大涌水量为830m3/h。矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为12m3/t,属高瓦斯矿井。煤层部分有自然发火倾向,且煤尘有爆炸危险性。根据井田地质条件,提

    2、出四个技术上可行的开拓方案。方案一:立井单水平开拓,岩石下山开采;方案二:立井单水平开拓,煤层下山开采;方案三:立井双水平暗斜井延伸;方案四:立井双水平首采区用采区式布置,且后期用暗斜井延伸。通过粗略和详细技术经济比较,最终确定方案一为最优方案。一水平标高-600m。整个井田划分为3个带区和3个采区。矿井前期采用中央并列式通风方式,后期采用边界式通风方式。矿井采用带区式准备方式,工作面设计长度200m,采用综合机械化采煤工艺。矿井年工作日为330d,昼夜净提升时间为16h。矿井采用“三八”制工作制度,两班生产,一班检修。生产班每班完成3个采煤循环。循环进尺为0.6m,日产量为2893.3t。矿

    3、井煤炭采用胶带输送机运输,辅助运输采用蓄电池式电机车牵引固定箱式矿车。主井采用两对6t底卸式箕斗提煤,副井采用一对1.5t矿车双层四车加宽罐笼运送物料和升降人员。专题部分题目为:煤矿井下防水理论与技术浅析。主要介绍了井下水的来源和井下水的通道,以及防治水的相关理论和相应的措施。翻译部分主要内容是关于矿井水灰色理论预测预报。文题目为:Grey Forewarning and Prediction for Mine Water Inflowing Catastrophe Periods关键词:立井;单水平;带区;综合机械化采煤;中央并列式通风;边界式通风ABSTRACTThis design in

    5、sportation in the mining area is very convenient. Its about 5.06.5 km on the strike and 2.53.5 km on the dip, with the 20 km2 total area. There are 2 minable coal seam. The main aquifer coal seam is 72 coal seam with an average thickness of 3 m, and the dip of 72 coal seam is 713. The proved reserve

    6、s of this coal mine are 327.898 Mt and the minable reserves are 249.35Mt, with a mine life of 197.9 a. The normal mine inflow is 525m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 830 m3/h. The mine relative gas emission quantity is 12 m3/t, Thus, it is a high gas mine. The coal seam has spontaneous combustion

    7、tendency, and the coal dust has explosion hazard. Based on the geological conditions of the mine, I bring forward four available project in technology. The first is vertical shaft development with one mining level.and seam downward mining. the second is vertical shaft development with one mining lev

    8、el and rock downward mining. the third is vertical shaft development with two mining levels and dark inclined shaft extension. the last is vertical shaft development with two mining levels,and seam mining and dark incline shaft. The first project is the best comparing with other three projects in te

    9、chnology and economy. The first mining level is -600m, The mine field is divided into three strip districts and three mining district. The type of mine ventilation is the centralized juxtapose ventilation.Designed first mining district makes use of the method of the mining district preparation. The

    10、design length of working face is 200 m, which uses fully mechanized mining with top coal caving technology. The working days in one year are 330. Everyday it takes 16 hours in lifting the coal. The operation mode in the mine is “three-eight” with two teams mining and the other overhauling. Every min

    11、ing team makes three working cycle, So everyday there are 6 working cycles. The advance of a working cycle is 0.6 m, and the quantity of 2893.3 ton coal is maked everyday.Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and mine car to be assistant transport. The main shaft uses t

    12、wo double 6 t skips to lift coal and the auxiliary shaft uses a twins wide 1.5 t four-car double-deck cage to lift material and personnel transportation.The monographic study entitled “Principles of Technical Analysis of coal mine water prevention and control”. The study is contain underground water

    13、 sources and underground water channels, as well as prevention of water -related theory and the corresponding measures.The translated academic paper is about Grey Theory of Coal mine water forecasting.the article entitled Grey forewarning and prediction for mine water inflowing catastrophe periods.K
