    1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般设计部分、专题设计部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为张小楼矿0.9Mt/a的新井设计。全篇共分为十个部分:1.矿井概况及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井生产能力、服务年限及工作制度;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式带区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。 张小楼煤矿位于江苏省徐州市境内,本矿井有矿区专用铁路,与陇海铁路相联接,交通十分便利。整个井田东西长约5.0Km、南北宽约3.4Km,井田面积16.944Km2。主采煤层一层,即7号煤层,平均倾角16,厚约3.2 m。井田工业储量为71.53Mt,

    2、可采储量47.23 Mt,矿井服务年限为40.38 a。井田地质条件简单。表土层平均厚度87 m;矿井正常涌水量为208 m3/h,最大涌水量为268 m3/h;煤层硬度系数f=23,煤质牌号为气煤;矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为10.51 m3/min,属低瓦斯矿井;煤层有自燃发火倾向,发火期512个月,煤尘具有爆炸危险性。张小楼煤矿设计生产能力为0.9Mt/a,服务年限为40.38年。矿井采用立井两水平加暗斜井开拓方式。设计首采区采用采区准备方式,工作面长度180 m,采用一次采全高采煤法,全部垮落法处理采空区。矿井采用“三八”制作业,两班生产,一班检修。生产班每班3个循环,日进6个循环,循环进尺0

    3、.6 m,日产量2626.28 t。大巷采用带式输送机运煤,辅助运输采用1.5 t固定箱式矿车。主井装备一对9 t箕斗带平衡锤提煤,副井装备一对1.5 t矿车双层单车罐笼担负辅助运输任务。矿井采用中央并列式通风。通风容易时期矿井总需风量4693.8 m3/min,矿井通风总阻力1641 Pa,风阻0.268Ns2/m8,等积孔2.3 m2,矿井通风容易。矿井通风困难时期矿井总风量4693.8 m3/min,矿井通风总阻力1908 Pa,风阻0.3118Ns2/m8,等积孔2.13m2,矿井通风容易。 专题部分题目是张小楼煤矿高温热害现状及防治翻译部分是一篇瓦斯的突出控制技术在澳大利亚的应用的论

    7、nvenient.Its about 5.0 km on the strike and 3.4 km on the dip,with the 15.944 km2 total horizontal area.The minable coal seam of this mine is only 7 with an average thickness of 3.2 m and an average dip of 16.The proved reserves of this coal mine are 71.53 Mt and the minable reserves are 47.23Mt, wi

    8、th a mine life of 40.38 a.The geological condition of the mine is relatively simple.The average thickness of topsoil is 87 m.The normal mine inflow is 208 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 268 m3/h. The absolutely gas discharge quantity is 10.51 m3/t .It is a lower gassy mine.Its a coal seam liabl

The productive capacity of Zhangxiaolou Mine is 0.9 million tons per year,and the service life is 40.38 years.The mine pit uses the vertical shaft single level to add the inside slope development way. Designed first mining district makes use of the method of preparation in mining are

    10、a, the length of working face is 180 m, which uses fully-mechanized coal mining technology, and fully caving method to deal with goaf. The working system is “three-eight”,with two teams mining, and the other overhauling. Every mining team makes three working cycle, with six working cycle everyday. A

    11、dvance of working cycle is 0.6 m, and quantity of 2626.38ton coal is maked every day. Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and mine car to be assistant transport. Main shaft makes use of skip to transport coal resource, when subsidiary shaft makes use of cage to be ass

    12、istant transport. In the prophase of mining the mine makes use of centralized ventilation method,when in the evening of mining the mine makes use of areas ventilation method.
