1、设计总说明此毕业设计包括两个部分：一般部分和专题部分。一般部分为潞安五阳矿300万t新井设计，共分为十部分：矿井概述及井田地质特征；井田境界和储量；矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限；井田开拓；采区巷道布置；采煤方法；井下运输；矿井提升；矿井通风及安全和设计矿井基本经济技术指标。五阳矿东西长约为7700m，南北宽约为5600m，面积约为43.5km2。其中主采煤层为3# 4#煤，倾角平均为4.5。该煤层赋存稳定，平均厚度6.35m。属于低瓦斯矿井，煤层无爆炸危险性，无自然发火现象。本矿井设计采用“三八”制工作制度，即“两采一准”，矿井设计生产能力按年工作日330 d计算。每天净提升时间为16
2、 h。五阳矿为新建矿井，设 1 个主井、1 个副井、几个采区风井。为了保证第一水平的服务年限主、副井筒位于井田中央。本矿井采用立井单水平加暗斜井开拓方式。采用带区开采煤层，根据设计要求，同时生产的带区一个，一个带区一个工作面保证全矿井的产量。主井直径7.5m，一对16t多绳箕斗提升，副井直径8.0m采用多绳摩擦式绞车提升一对1.5t矿车双罐笼提升，风井直径6.5m。井底车场采用立井卧式。矿井布置一个综采工作面保证全矿井的产量，工作面长度300m，采用双巷掘进。在轨道大巷内采用ZK10-6/550型架线电机车牵引矿车进行辅助运输，在运输大巷内采用PF41132型带式输送机运输煤炭，采煤工艺为一次
3、采全厚综合机械化采煤工艺，采空区处理方法为全部垮落法。矿井的开采能力取决于回采工作面和采（带）区的生产能力，本矿井计划用一个带区的一个高产、高效工作面保证全矿井的产量。主采煤层厚度3.2m，工作面长度300 m，采煤机截深0.865 m，每天进8刀，一年工作日330 d ，计算出综放面的生产能力为291.57万t，再加掘进头出煤能够满足矿井设计生产能力的要求。由于3煤赋存稳定，煤层倾角平缓，采煤机采用端部割三角煤斜切进刀、往返一次割两刀的割煤方式，前滚筒割顶煤，后滚筒割底煤。工作面放煤采用多轮顺序放煤，两刀一放，采放平行作业。本矿采用的提升方式：主井采用箕斗提升，副井采用罐笼提升；风速的验算符
