1、设计总说明此毕业设计包括两个部分:一般部分和专题部分。一般部分为潞安五阳矿300万t新井设计,共分为十部分:矿井概述及井田地质特征;井田境界和储量;矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;井田开拓;采区巷道布置;采煤方法;井下运输;矿井提升;矿井通风及安全和设计矿井基本经济技术指标。五阳矿东西长约为7700m,南北宽约为5600m,面积约为43.5km2。其中主采煤层为3# 4#煤,倾角平均为4.5。该煤层赋存稳定,平均厚度6.35m。属于低瓦斯矿井,煤层无爆炸危险性,无自然发火现象。本矿井设计采用“三八”制工作制度,即“两采一准”,矿井设计生产能力按年工作日330 d计算。每天净提升时间为16
2、 h。五阳矿为新建矿井,设 1 个主井、1 个副井、几个采区风井。为了保证第一水平的服务年限主、副井筒位于井田中央。本矿井采用立井单水平加暗斜井开拓方式。采用带区开采煤层,根据设计要求,同时生产的带区一个,一个带区一个工作面保证全矿井的产量。主井直径7.5m,一对16t多绳箕斗提升,副井直径8.0m采用多绳摩擦式绞车提升一对1.5t矿车双罐笼提升,风井直径6.5m。井底车场采用立井卧式。矿井布置一个综采工作面保证全矿井的产量,工作面长度300m,采用双巷掘进。在轨道大巷内采用ZK10-6/550型架线电机车牵引矿车进行辅助运输,在运输大巷内采用PF41132型带式输送机运输煤炭,采煤工艺为一次
3、采全厚综合机械化采煤工艺,采空区处理方法为全部垮落法。矿井的开采能力取决于回采工作面和采(带)区的生产能力,本矿井计划用一个带区的一个高产、高效工作面保证全矿井的产量。主采煤层厚度3.2m,工作面长度300 m,采煤机截深0.865 m,每天进8刀,一年工作日330 d ,计算出综放面的生产能力为291.57万t,再加掘进头出煤能够满足矿井设计生产能力的要求。由于3煤赋存稳定,煤层倾角平缓,采煤机采用端部割三角煤斜切进刀、往返一次割两刀的割煤方式,前滚筒割顶煤,后滚筒割底煤。工作面放煤采用多轮顺序放煤,两刀一放,采放平行作业。本矿采用的提升方式:主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升;风速的验算符
4、合要求,通风阻力经过计算。专题部分为老空水防治煤矿水害是与瓦斯、火灾、粉尘、动力地质灾害并列的矿山建设与生产过程中的五大安全灾害之一。长期以来,因为煤矿水害而给国家和人民带来的经济损失和人身伤亡极为严重。特别是近年来,随着煤炭工业的迅速发展,煤炭资源开发生产的深度在不断加大,采煤工作面的空间尺度在不断增加,矿井采掘速度和采掘机械化程度明显提高,这种高产高效的生产管理方式对防治水害安全技术的要求也越来越高。随着煤矿开采方式,开采深度和工作面开采空间尺度的变化,水害产生的条件、威胁程度,以及水害形成的机理都在发生着很大的变化。探索、应用和推广适应新的矿井采掘条件下的水害防治技术与方法,对于体现以人
