    1、摘要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为涡北煤矿 1.5Mt/a 新井设计。涡北煤矿位于安徽省亳州市境内,交通便 利。井田走向长约 6km,倾向长约 3.2km,总面积为 18km2。主采煤层为 8 煤,煤层倾 角平均 19,平均总厚度为 8.0m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为 160.30Mt,可采储量为 95.2Mt。矿井设计生产能力为 1.5Mt/a。矿 井服务年限为 49a,涌水量不大,矿井正常涌水量为 282m3/h,最大涌水量为 395m3/h。 矿井瓦斯相对涌出量为 10.80 m3/t,绝对涌出量为 31m3/min,为高瓦斯矿井。井田开拓方式为

    2、立井三水平上下山开拓,三水平采用暗斜井延深。采用胶带输送机 运煤,采用矿车进行辅助运输。矿井通风方式为中央并列式通风。设计首采区采用了采区准备方式,共划分为三个工作面,并进行了运煤、通风、运料、排矸、供电系统设计。针对 8001 工作面进行了采煤工艺设计。该工作面煤层平均厚度为 7.82 m,平均倾 角 17。工作面采用综采放顶煤采煤法。采用双滚筒采煤机割煤,往返一次割两刀。采 用“三八制”工作制度,截深 0.6 m,循环进尺 1.2 m,每天两个循环。一般部分共包括 10 章:1、矿区概述与地质特征;2、井田境界和储量;3、矿井工 作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4、井田开拓;5、准备方式采
