1、题目:法兰盘机加工艺设计及钻模设计摘要:本次毕业设计中我所选的是铁路货车制动装置中的制动缸连接键法兰盘,根据零件图对其进行分析,之后进行机加工艺设计和夹具设计。在机加工艺设计中,采用几种工艺相对比方法来获得最好的工艺路线,达到节约时间提高劳动生产率的作用,再对各工序设计说明,最后将工艺过程制作成工序卡。本夹具设计是针对零件中的孔进行钻模设计,利用固定钻模以及螺栓夹紧装置,提高劳动生产率,保证加工质量,降低劳动强度。在本次的设计中,运用了机械制图、机械设计、机械制造工艺学等相关课程知识,以及查阅大量查阅相关书籍以及机械手册,并在指导老师的帮助下解决难题,最终完成了本次设计。关键词:法兰盘,机加工
