1、太原工业学院毕业设计 侧弯支座连续模冲压工艺分析及模具设计摘要:冲压加工在国民经济各个领域中应用范围相当广,对国计民生具有重要意义。本次设计的是侧弯支座,零件成形工艺复杂,包括冲裁和多次弯曲。而且精度要求比较高,形状比较复杂,生产批量大。通过工艺性分析,有单工序模、复合模、级进模能符合生产要求,此次工序为落料、冲孔和弯曲。为了适应大批量生产的要求,并且考虑生产成本和效率,选择采用级进模制造。零件原料为2A12M,为硬铝,采用自动送料器和自动送料装置送料。模架采用四导柱四导套结构和弹性卸料板,并在卸料板和固定板之间设置辅助导向机构的小导柱和小导套,保证卸料板有足够的运动精度。关键词:侧弯支座,级
