    1、摘 要安家岭一号井工矿井田位于山西省朔州市境内,公路交通便利。东西长 4.25.8 km, 平均 5 km;南北宽 3.54.2 km,平均 3.85 km,面积 16.2km2。本井田内的可采煤层有 4 煤、9 煤、11 煤,厚度分别为 12.24 m、12.91 m、16.47 m,总厚度为 41.62 m。4 煤和11 煤倾角平均为5,9 煤层倾角平均为6,近水平巨厚煤层。井田内4#层工业储量277Mt,可采储量257.9 Mt。矿井平均涌水量为 150m3/h,最大涌水量为 180 m3/h,属于水文地质条件比较简单的矿井。瓦斯的平均绝对涌出量为 0.94 m/min,相对瓦斯涌出量为

    2、 0.12 m/t,属于低瓦斯矿井,煤层有潜在煤尘爆炸危险。矿井设计生产能力按年工作日 300 天计算。矿井工作制度设计采用“四、六”工作制,每天四班作业(三班生产、一班检修),每天净工作时间为 20 h,以缩短井下工人的辅助劳动时间,减轻煤矿工人的劳动强度。安家岭一号井工矿年设计生产能力 4.17Mt/a,服务年限51a。采用主立副立回风立井单水平集中开拓。矿井采用单一倾向长壁综合机械化放顶煤采煤法。工业广场位置的选择,有利于井田开拓和带区布置,有利于矿井建设施工和工业场地布置,同时,其所在地 4 煤较薄,压煤相对较少。首采工作面平均推进长度为 1460 m。矿井布置一个综采工作面保证全矿井

    3、的产量,使用综合机械化采煤工艺,工作面长 150m,煤的运输采用带式输送机运输,辅助运输使用无轨胶轮车。经过比较,根据矿井的地质条件、瓦斯情况、开拓方式及井筒布置形式,确定矿井通风系统前期为中央并列式,后期为两翼对角式。前期,主立井和副立井进风,中央风井回风;后期,主立井、副立井、中央风井均进风,两翼的风井回风。主扇的工作方法为抽出式,工作面通风方式为“U”形通风。矿井灾害防止包括防治瓦斯、煤尘、火灾、水灾和顶板事故。在设计过程中,结合了矿井的地质情况、煤层的受力等情况以及国内外的先进经验对倾斜长壁综放面倾斜长度及走向长度的合理确定进行了理论分析,这样使建成的矿井更加与实际相符。关键词:倾斜长

It has ten chapters: the outline of the mine and coalfield geology, boundary and reserves, the designed annual production capacity, service life and

    5、 working area, underground transportation, lifting, ventilation and safety, the economy and technology index of the mine.The Anjialing coalfield located in the Shuozhou city of Shanxi province . The boundary of the mine runs 4.25.8 km from west to east, average of 5.0 km; and 3.54.2 km from north to

    6、 south, 3.85 km on average. The total area of the mine is 21.47 km2. There are three available seams: the coal of 4#, 9# and 11#,and the thickness are respectively 12.24 m , 12.91 m , 16.47 m .The total thickness is 41.62 m . The inclination angle of the 4# coal and 11# coal are equally 5 , and the

    7、9# coals angle is 6.It belongs to nearly horizontal seam. In well field commercial production is 1529.17 Mt,and the recoverable resources is 1034.23 Mt. The mine pit wells up the water volume is equally 150m3/h, the most greatlywater volume is 180m3/h, belongs to the hydrogeological conditions quite

The average absolute emission of gas was 0.94 m/min, and the relative gas emission is 0.12 m / t, belongs to the low gas mine pit, but the coal bed have the potential exploded dangerous of coal dust .Mine production capacity of working calculated in 300 days a year. The mine pit wo

    9、rk system design uses “four, six”, four classes of work per day (three classes produce and one class overhaul), Every net working time for 20 hours to reduce labor time of underground workers, and to reduce the labor intensity of coal miners.The production capacity of Anjialing 1st mine is 12 Mt/a,

    10、and its service life is 71.82 years. By using the oblique vice made air vertical single level to focus on developing. Mine tend to use a single mechanized longwall caving mining method. The choice of industry square position help to develop and mining area ,for mine construction and industrial sites

The mine arranges a fully mechanized coal face to guarantee the output of whole mine, using comprehensive mechanized mining technique. The length

The coal transportation uses the belt conveyer transportation, and the auxiliary transport uses the trackless rubber tyred cars.After the comparison, according to the geological condition, gas situation, develop methods and well chamber arrangement form ,determine the

    13、mine ventilation system for central paratactic type, and late on the two type of diagonal .Earlier ,main shaft and sub-vertical shaft into the wind, the central air return back to well; later, the main shafauxiliary shaft, and the central air shaft into the wind, the two wings of the wind well to re

    14、turn air .The working methods of the main fan for the exhaust, the ventilation way of face ventilation is the U . Mine disaster prevention, including prevention of gas, dust, fire, flood and roof accident.The design draws on the experience of domestic modern large mine. Such as: learning experiences

    15、 of Huang Yuchuan mine, shaft using large cage, made inoue underground auxiliary transport of trackless train wheels; learning experience of Pingshuo mine , transport, Lane set to lay auxiliary chamber, using the caving process parameters.During the design process, combined with the geological condi
