At present, they have started to mine the deep parts of coal bed. Vertical depth is up to 1140m. The geostatic stress is high. In 2001, the co
2、st of the roadway support mounted to 26% of production cost. They continue to revise the roadway parameters and specifications and improve and enhance the strength of bolt. However, the effect of the support is still poor. The often should repair after excavating. It wastes a great deal of manpower
3、and material rescuers. Therefore, the need of a new effective ways to improve the effectiveness of support is necessary.During the roadway excavation in the deep, Huafeng Coal Mine apply the technology of cable supporting completely, figure out a set of support parameters and construction techniques
4、 and develop a kind of simple support of wire rope, which suit to the roadway support. After a large number of applications, we found that the effect of roadway support is obviously improved and the production costs are effectively reduced.1. Principle of supportPre-stressed cable supporting technol
5、ogy can provide a great carrying capacity and a wide rang of using. It is a support method, which can transmit the power of main structure support to the department of stable rock.It can make the loose rock become a “bearing arch” under the compression. The support and surrounding rocks are chained
6、together to form a complex. The fixed rocks can bear pulling force and shearing force. The effective depth of the complex is much larger than the effective depth of anchoring structure.The effect of bolt is strengthening, improving and supplementary.Under the high stress, firstly, the face of roadwa
7、y is easily destroyed. After strengthening roadway cable support, the roadway support is expanded and the thickness of support is deepened. It ensures the stability of support under the high stress enhances the tensile of support, shearing and prevents damage in advance.In coal roadway, they use cab
8、le support to enlarge the support bearing body, so that stress concentration in coal roadway loop transfer to the deep. So the scope of damage is reduced. At the same time, integrity of the roof is enhanced. It can prevent big accidents happening during rock burst occur because the coal zone is larg
9、e enough to block the roadway and to broke the roof. 2. Production technology of anchor support2.1 support materialsThe general use is low-relaxation strand, flat strip steel and channel steel support. The diameter of low-relaxation strand is 15.24mm, the length is 6.2m. . The width of flat strip st
10、eel is 1.0m, the length is 2.2m. The length of 14channel steel is 350mm. and the standard anchorages diameter is 17mm.The low-relaxation strand cannot be used for supporting because of large deformation of coal roadway. Therefore, Hufeng Coal Mine selects a flexible steel rope to strengthen the supp
11、ort. The cable is made of 6SW section 0.5 steel wires with 265scale. The diameter is 1214 mm, and the length is 4.5m.They make two points at 200400mm of the ends of steel cable to ensure the effect of mixing. They also make the two points get together to avoid breaking unit during the mixing process
12、.2.2 suitable time for supportingIn order to prevent damage the surrounding rocks in roadway under the high pressure. Cable support should be done a month after first and second support of roadway. The general distance is within 150200m.3. Anchor support application3.1 cable supporting technology us
13、e in WNP room and T-crossroadsIn Huafeng Coal Mine, beside two anchors linked network shotcrete support, they use support cables in fifth level garage, pumping room, hole, car parking area. First and second figures are respective sectional drawing and plane of cable supporting for five- level waste
14、shaft car garages and tape well and -920 hole. The hole of anchor is 6m; each has two resin drug volumes.
